Keystone™ — the verified-asset rail for industrialized construction.
Five engines read one signed, hashed, KeyScore-scored module record. Data captured once; margin compounds across five products. Every engine is API-first, audit-grade, and reads the same underlying record.
Five engines. One asset record.
Whatever the module — a wall panel, a full volumetric unit, a panelized floor system — Keystone ingests it once. Everything downstream runs off the same verified record.
Module Registry
Module passport
Carfax-grade provenance + QA + resilience record per module. KeyScore 0–99. Auto-hashed at insert. The source of truth for the other four engines.
Capital Rail
Underwriting + indicative pool-grade API
Pool eligible modules, get weighted KeyScore + AAA → NR indicative grade + senior/mezz/equity tranche pre-screen (70/20/10). NRSRO partners issue the official rating.
Disbursement Rail
Verified-release government API
HUD / HFA / state programs gate release on verified milestones. Funds flow through existing payment rails. Remaining-budget enforced. SaaS usage fee in basis points. Audit immutable.
Insurance Rail
Resilience-priced MGA
Premium computed from seismic + KeyScore + net-zero. Strong modules quote sub-90bps. MGA book stats live.
Modular Index
Industry-grade modular index
Avg $/sqft, avg KeyScore, IG %, net-zero %, resilience mix — live from the registry. Std/Pro/Ent licensing tiers.
Are you a…
Every industrial supply chain has the same cast. Keystone sits underneath as data infrastructure.

The verified-asset rail architecture generalizes. Housing is where it shipped first.
Five engines. Five pricing models.
Keystone overlays your existing rails and charges per verified event — never a flat SaaS seat. Registry: per-event usage fee. Capital Rail: per-pool subscription plus partner revenue-share. Disbursement Rail: basis-points usage fee, visible on every release record. Insurance Rail: per-policy licensing or shared MGA commission. Modular Index: Standard / Pro / Enterprise annual licensing.
Data infrastructure — never regulated activity.
Every regulated function stays with a licensed partner: NRSROs issue credit ratings, MGAs bind insurance on carrier paper, SEC-registered broker-dealers place securities, existing federal/state/Treasury rails move funds. Callisto Bridge holds the verified record.
Keystone — the five questions buyers open with.
What is Keystone?
Keystone is the verified-asset rail for industrialized construction. Every module built on the factory line gets a signed, hashed, KeyScore-scored record. Five downstream engines — registry, capital, disbursement, insurance, and index — read the same record. Built by Callisto Bridge. Patent pending.
Is Keystone a credit rating agency, MGA, broker-dealer, or money transmitter?
None of the above. Keystone is data infrastructure. NRSRO partners (KBRA, DBRS, Fitch, S&P, Moody's) issue the official credit rating. Licensed MGA partners bind insurance on carrier paper. SEC-registered broker-dealers place any securities. Existing federal, state, and Treasury rails move funds. Keystone provides the verified record every regulated function reads. See the partner model.
What data does Keystone need to ingest a module?
At minimum: asset identifiers, QA records, inspection events, and lifecycle state. Most of this already exists in your MES, ERP, or inspection system. Three ingest paths: CSV bulk import (for backfilling existing modules), the ingest API (for live factory data flowing continuously), and a CPS-node spec on the roadmap for on-line integration.
How is Keystone priced?
Five engines, five pricing models. Registry: per-event usage fee auto-metered at every insert and state change. Capital Rail: per-pool subscription plus partner revenue-share — never gain-on-sale on placed securities. Disbursement Rail: basis-points usage fee per verified release, visible on every record; funds always flow through partner Treasury rails. Insurance Rail: per-policy licensing or shared MGA commission. Modular Index: Standard, Pro, and Enterprise annual licensing tiers. Specific fee levels are set during the engagement conversation. See the pricing framework.
Who is Keystone for?
Manufacturers who already produce the data. Lenders, insurers, HFAs, and capital partners who can't price what they can't verify. Solutions splits it two ways — by role or by sector.

How the KeyScore works.
The 0-99 score that drives pool ratings, disbursement eligibility, insurance pricing, and the Modular Index.
Industrialized construction has no real benchmark.
CoStar built a $25B business by becoming the source of truth for CRE. Modular has no equivalent — yet.
